Flow Menu

The Flow List is where you can view, organize, and manage all your flows in one place.

Inbox & Live Chat Menu

The Inbox is where all Instagram conversations are centralized. It allows you to monitor, reply, and intervene manually in conversations that are automated or not automated at all.

Contacts Menu

A Contact in Elpidan represents a single Instagram user who has interacted with your account.

Tags Menu

Tags are labels that represent state. A contact either has a tag or does not. Tags do not store values — they simply indicate that something is true.

Custom Fields Menu

Custom fields are used to store values. They hold structured data collected from users or set by automation. Unlike tags, fields can store information such as numbers, text, dates, or boolean values.

Products (Cards) Menu

Products are the same cards used in the Gallery block of the Instagram Node. Instead of creating the same card repeatedly inside different flows, you can define it once as a Product and reuse it anywhere.

Persistent Menu

The Persistent Menu is a set of buttons that appears in the Instagram Direct Message menu (hamburger menu) and remains available to the user at all times.

Ice Breakers Menu

Ice Breakers are buttons shown before a conversation starts, usually when a user opens the DM for the first time.

Canned Messages Menu

Canned Messages are pre-written messages that can be reused across Elpidan. They are designed to save time, maintain consistency, and reduce repetitive typing.
