Flow Menu
The Flow List is where you can view, organize, and manage all your flows in one place.
You can access the Flow List by clicking Flows from the main menu.
Flow List Sections
The Flow List is divided into three main sections, as shown in the image above
1. Flow Status Filters
This section allows you to view flows based on their status:
- Active: Flows that are currently published and running
- Draft: Flows that are still being edited and not yet published
- Inactive: Flows that were previously active but are now paused by you
2. Flow Folders
Organize flows into folders for better structure and easier management
To create a folder, hover over Folders and click the plus (+) icon.
You can group flows based on their purpose, such as:
- Lead generation
- Free courses
- Online training
- Support or promotions
3. Flow List & Search
This section displays the list of flows.
From here, you can:
- View flow names, status, and last update time
- See which folder each flow belongs to
- Search for specific flows
The search works based on:
- Flow name
- Trigger keywords
Flow Options
To access a flow’s available actions, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the flow name.
This opens a list of options you can use to view, edit, duplicate, pause, or delete the flow.
View Published
Opens the currently published version of the flow in read-only mode.
This allows you to review the live version that users are interacting with.
Edit
Opens the flow for editing.
If the flow is already published, Elpidan creates a draft copy and opens it for editing.
If a draft already exists, the existing draft version is opened instead.
Changes made in draft mode do not affect live users until the draft is published.
Clone Flow
Creates a copy of the selected flow.
This is useful when you have multiple similar flows (for example, product-based flows) and want to reuse the same structure while changing only content, triggers, or keywords.
The cloned flow opens as a draft and can be edited and published independently.
Deactivate
Pauses the flow without deleting it.
When a flow is deactivated, it will no longer run for users until it is activated again.
Delete Flow
Permanently removes the flow from your account.
This action cannot be undone.
