Persistent Menu

The Persistent Menu

• Allows users to start specific flows manually
• Acts as a permanent navigation layer inside DM

Typical use cases:

• “Product Category”
• “Contact Support”
• “Browse Services”
• “Start Over”

The Persistent Menu does not send messages by itself.
Each button starts a predefined flow.

Creating & Managing Persistent Menu Buttons

You can define up to five Persistent Menu buttons.

For each button, you must define:

• Button Title (short and clear)
• Target Flow (the flow that will run when tapped)

Updating or Removing Buttons

You can:

• Edit button labels
• Change the linked flow
• Remove buttons entirely

 Click Publish to Instagram to apply your changes

⚠️ Removing a button does not affect existing flows — it only removes the entry point.
