Ice Breakers are designed to:

• Reduce friction
• Encourage the first interaction
• Guide users into relevant flows

Typical use cases:

• “Product Category”
• “Contact Support”
• “Browse Services”
• “Start Over”

Ice Breaker Behavior

• Displayed only at conversation start
• Each button launches a specific flow
• Disappear after the user engages

The Ice Breaker does not send messages by itself.
Each button starts a predefined flow.

 Creating & Managing Ice Breaker Buttons

You can define up to four Ice Breaker buttons.

For each button, you must define:

• Button label (short and clear)
• Target Flow (the flow that will run when tapped)

Updating or Removing Buttons

You can:

• Edit button labels
• Change the linked flow
• Remove buttons entirely

 Click Publish to Instagram to apply your changes

⚠️ Removing a button does not affect existing flows — it only removes the entry point.
