Products (Cards) Menu

A Product (Card) is a visual content block that can include:

• Image
• Title
• Subtitle
• Link

These cards can be added to the Gallery block of the Instagram Node and reused across multiple flows.

If you plan to use the same card in more than one flow, it’s recommended to create and manage it in the Products section.

Using Products in the Instagram Gallery Block

In each Gallery block, you can:

• Add up to 10 products (cards) from the Products menu
• add up to 3 buttons per card

Creating & Managing Products

Products are created and managed from the Products menu.

When creating a Product (Card), you define the visual and content elements that will be displayed inside the Gallery block of the Instagram Node.

Required fields

The following fields are required to create a Product:

• Image – Used as the main visual of the card
• Title – A short, clear headline for the card
• Description – Supporting text shown on the card

These elements define how the card appears to users inside Instagram.

Optional fields

The following fields are optional and depend on your use case:

• URL
If provided, clicking on the card image in the Gallery block will open this link.

• Code (SKU)
An internal identifier for your own reference and management.
This value is not displayed to users anywhere.

• Price
Used only for internal tracking or organization.
The price is not shown in Instagram messages or cards.

Editing existing Products

From the Products list, you can:

• Edit a Product
• Delete it (use with caution)

Changes made here affect every flow where the Product is used.

Updating Products without breaking Flows

One of the biggest advantages of Products is centralized updates.

How updates work

When you edit a Product:

• Title, image, subtitle or link are updated
• All galleries using that Product reflect the change automatically
• No flow edits are required

This makes Products ideal for:

• Pricing changes
• Updated links
• Visual refreshes
