- View the full list of contacts

Products (Cards)
In the Products menu, you can create reusable cards to use across multiple flows.
Products allow you to manage card content in one place and reuse it wherever needed.
Cards are displayed to users as a horizontally scrollable gallery inside Instagram Direct.
When you update a Product, the changes are automatically applied in all flows where that card is used — no extra steps required.

Tags
Tags are labels used to represent a contact’s state or classification.
In the Tags menu, you can create the tags you need based on your business and assigned to contacts automatically through flows or manually from the Inbox.
A contact either has a tag or does not. Tags do not store values.
Tags are commonly used to track progress, segment contacts, and control logic inside flows, making automation clearer and easier to manage.

Custom Fields
Custom Fields are used to store structured data about contacts.
They can hold values such as text, numbers, dates, or true/false states, and are commonly used to save user input, power conditions, and personalize messages.
Custom Fields include both Internal Fields (provided by Elpidan) and user-defined fields that you can create based on your business needs.
In the Custom Fields menu, you can create new fields, as well as assign or update field values automatically in flows or manually from the Inbox.
Custom Fields allow you to build more dynamic and data-driven automation.

Persistent Menu
The Persistent Menu is a set of buttons that appears in the Instagram Direct Message menu (hamburger menu) and remains available to the user at all times.
You can define up to five buttons, each connected to a specific flow.
When a user taps a button, the linked flow starts automatically for that user.

Ice Breakers are a set of buttons shown to users when they start a new conversation in Instagram Direct.
You can define up to four Ice Breaker buttons, each connected to a specific flow.
When a user taps an Ice Breaker, the linked flow starts automatically.

Canned Messages
Canned Messages are pre-written messages that can be reused across different interactions.
They support two main use cases:
Manual replies in the Inbox
Canned Messages can be selected and customized when replying to conversations manually in the Inbox.
Automated public comment replies
Canned Messages can be used as randomized replies when responding to comments automatically through comment triggers.
Canned Messages help ensure faster responses, consistent messaging, and less repetitive manual work.
