Elpidan LEAD is a Facebook application that provides messaging automation for Instagram. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use Elpidan LEAD, you must:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Elpidan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. If your account is terminated, related data will be deleted in line with our Data Retention Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the service or email. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
