What This Template Does

This template helps you capture a user’s name and email address, require them to follow your page, and then send an affiliate product link on Instagram.

The flow starts with a short message asking the user to tap a button to continue. After that, the system checks whether the user has already completed the lead form.

If the user already has the `lead_form_completed` tag, the flow skips repeated data collection and moves directly to the follow check. If the user does not have this tag, the flow asks for their first name and email address, stores the information, and applies the tag.

Once the lead information is confirmed, the system checks whether the user is following your page. If they are already a follower, the affiliate link is sent immediately. If not, the flow asks them to follow the page first and checks again before continuing.

This makes the template useful for lead generation, follower growth, and promoting affiliate products through a structured Instagram DM flow.

Customize the Template

After installing the template, the flow will be added to your "Flow" menu as a draft.

Before using it, you should review the content, define the right triggers and keyword, update the texts, images, button labels, links, and anything else you want, and then publish the flow to make it active.

Template Explanation

This template starts in the Trigger Node (Number 1), where you define the trigger type and the keyword for activating the flow. This section works the same way in all templates, and full setup instructions are provided in the template installation guide.

Once the selected trigger is activated, the user enters Node 2 (Instagram Node), where they receive a short message and are asked to tap the button to continue.

After that, the flow moves to Node 3 (Condition Node), which checks whether the user already has the `lead_form_completed` tag.

If the user already has this tag, the flow skips the lead capture steps and goes directly to Node 4 (Condition Node), where the system checks whether the user is already following your page.

If the user does not have the `lead_form_completed` tag, the flow sends them to Node 7 (User Input Node), where they are asked to enter their first name. Then the flow continues to Node 8 (User Input Node), where they are asked to enter their email address.

After the user submits their email, the flow moves to Node 9 (Action Node), where the tag `lead_form_completed` is added to their profile. Then the flow continues to Node 4, where the system checks whether the user is following your page.

If the user is already a follower, the flow goes to Node 5 (Instagram Node), where they receive a short confirmation message. After that, it continues to Node 6 (Instagram Node), where the affiliate product link is sent.

If the user is not a follower, the flow goes to Node 10 (Instagram Node), where they are asked to follow the page first and then tap the button to continue.

After the user taps the button, the flow moves to Node 11 (Condition Node), which checks again whether the user is now following the page.

If the follow is confirmed, the flow goes to Node 5 and then to Node 6, where the affiliate link is delivered.

If the user still has not followed the page, the flow goes to Node 12 (Instagram Node), where they are informed that the follow has not been confirmed yet and are asked to follow the page first, then tap the button again.

This structure allows the template to capture lead information only when needed, encourage follower growth, and deliver the affiliate link only after the required steps are completed.
