This template helps you collect user emails and automatically deliver a free guide on Instagram. If the user’s email is already available, the guide is sent immediately. If not, the flow asks for the email first, stores it, and then delivers the download link.
What This Template Does
This template helps you capture a user’s email and automatically deliver a free guide download link on Instagram.
The flow starts with a short message asking the user to tap a button to continue. After that, the system checks whether the user’s email address is already available.
If the email already exists, the template skips the capture step and sends the free guide link immediately. If the email is not available, the user is asked to enter it first. Once the email is submitted, the flow stores the information and then sends the download link.
This makes the template useful for lead generation, free resource delivery, and building a reusable Instagram DM funnel for eBooks, guides, checklists, or other downloadable content.

Customize the Template
After installing the template, the flow will be added to your "Flow" menu as a draft.
Before using it, you should review the content, define the right triggers and keyword, update the texts, images, button labels, links, and anything else you want, and then publish the flow to make it active.

Template Explanation
This template starts in the Trigger Node (Number 1), where you define the trigger type and the keyword for activating the flow. This section works the same way in all templates, and full setup instructions are provided in the template installation guide.
Once the selected trigger is activated, the user enters Node 2 (Instagram Node), where they receive a short message and are asked to tap the button to continue.
After that, the flow moves to Node 3 (Condition Node), which checks whether the user’s email address is already stored in the system.
If the email address is already available, the user is sent directly to Node 5 (Instagram Node), where the free guide download link is delivered immediately.
If the email address is not available, the flow sends the user to Node 4 (User Input Node), where they are asked to enter their email.
Once the user submits their email address, the information is saved and the flow continues to Node 6, where the free guide download link is sent.
This structure allows the template to deliver the guide immediately to existing leads while collecting email addresses from new users before sending the same resource.
