How the Affiliate Program Works

Step 1 – Apply via PartnerStack

Elpidan manages its affiliate program through PartnerStack.

To apply, visit our official PartnerStack application page:

You will create or log into your PartnerStack account and submit your application there.

All affiliate approvals, tracking, and payouts are handled through the PartnerStack platform.

Step 2 – Approval

Once approved, you will receive access instructions for your affiliate dashboard via PartnerStack.

Step 3 – Share Your Referral Link

You will receive a unique tracking link.
When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, the referral is credited to you.

Step 4 – Earn Commission

Commission applies to eligible subscription payments made within the first 12 months after the referral’s initial successful payment.

Note: Your referrals are tracked for 60 days via browser cookies.

Commission Structure

Commission Structure & Tier Upgrades

30% — Default tier
40% — After 50 paid referrals
50% — After 250 paid referrals

Tier upgrades are automatically applied once you reach the required number of confirmed paid referrals.

When you move to a higher tier:

• The new commission rate applies to future eligible payments only.
• Previous payments remain calculated at the rate that was active at the time they were generated.

For example:
If you reach 50 paid referrals and move from 30% to 40%, all new eligible subscription payments from that point forward will be calculated at 40%.
Payments generated before reaching the new tier remain at 30%.

Tier progression is based on confirmed, non-refunded paid subscriptions.

First-Year Commission Policy

Commission applies only to payments made within the first 12 months after a referral’s first successful payment.

This includes:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Plan upgrades

After 12 months from the first payment date, no further commission is paid for that customer.

Commission is calculated based on net subscription revenue after applicable discounts or promotions.

Tracking & Payouts

Affiliate Dashboard Access

Elpidan manages affiliate tracking and payouts through PartnerStack.

Once approved, you will access your affiliate dashboard directly through the PartnerStack platform.

From your PartnerStack dashboard, you can view:

• Referred customers
• Subscription status
• Confirmed earnings
• Pending commissions
• Upcoming payouts
• Commission tier level

All tracking and commission reporting is handled securely within PartnerStack.

Payout Schedule

Commissions are eligible for payout 30 days after the related revenue is generated.
This allows time for refunds, payment reversals, or cancellations.

Payouts are processed monthly.

Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum unpaid commission balance of $100 is required before payouts are issued.
If the threshold is not reached in a given month, the balance automatically rolls over to the next payout cycle.

Payment Method

Payouts are processed via the payment method linked to your PartnerStack account.

Referral Tracking & Cookie Policy

Referrals are tracked using a 60-day browser cookie.

If a user signs up within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, the referral is credited to you.

If multiple affiliates refer the same user, the most recent valid referral within the cookie window applies.

Refunds & Commission Adjustments

If a referred customer receives a refund or payment reversal, the associated commission will be adjusted accordingly.

Only confirmed, non-refunded revenue qualifies for commission payout.

Private Automation Templates (Optional Advanced Feature)

Partners may create private automation templates to share exclusively with their audience.

Private templates:

• Are not publicly listed
• Can be shared via direct install link
• Allow partners to distribute ready-made systems

This feature is optional and intended for advanced partners such as agencies and automation consultants.

Program Rules & Restrictions

The following activities are not permitted:

• Self-referrals
• Fraudulent traffic
• Misleading advertising
• Unauthorized brand bidding

Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
